Right of Withdrawal

Consumers are entitled to a right of withdrawal under the following conditions, where a consumer is defined as any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly do not fall within their commercial or independent professional activity.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier) take possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (E. Leinfelder GmbH, Theatinerstraße 31, 80333 Munich, Germany, Tel.: 089226382, Fax: 089226756, E-Mail: schmuck@leinfelder-goldschmiede.de) through a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post, fax, or email) about your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, which is not mandatory.
To comply with the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

B. Consequences of Withdrawal Folgen des Widerrufs

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a method of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive your notification of withdrawal from this contract.
We may withhold the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods promptly and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be estimated at a maximum of approximately 50 euros for any goods that, due to their nature, cannot normally be returned by post.
You are only responsible for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

C. Exclusions or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which individual selection or determination by the consumer is essential or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of goods the price of which is subject to fluctuations in the financial market over which the entrepreneur has no influence and which may occur within the withdrawal period.
